Refund policy

1.   Returns

LAUD will accept returns on all items, excluding the Striped Hyena Tee, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Approved returns will be issued store credit to the value of the returned item. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from tan, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, marks or any other signs of wear.

 All return shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

 2.   Exchanges 

LAUD will accept exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. 

 Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from tan, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, marks or any other signs of wear.

 The Striped Hyena Tee may only be exchanged for the same product in an alternative size. It cannot be exchanged for a different product.

 If the requested replacement item is unavailable, LAUD will provide store credit to the value of the returned item. 

 All exchange shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer

3.   Processing Returns & Exchanges 

 Once your parcel has been received, LAUD will inspect the item and ensure to process your exchange/return as soon as possible. 

 Please note that returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above, may not be accepted. 

4.   Faulty or Incorrect Items 

 If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact LAUD at info@laudstudios.co. We will assess the issue, and work to provide a timely resolution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
