Shipping policy
LAUD currently offers delivery within Australia.
All orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible following purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the shipping provider and circumstances outside of LAUD’s control.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase. (may do a flat delivery rate so this will have to be changed accordingly)
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. LAUD is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, LAUD is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, however, we will assist customers in contacting the relevant provider where required.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@laudstudios.co with your order number and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.
International shipping is not currently available. LAUD hopes to offer international shipping in the near future.
